Stir-fried Squid

This is a Stir-fried Squid recipe prepared for the Korean Cuisine Technician exam. Clean the squid, slice the vegetables, and stir-fry them with the seasoning paste to finish.

Instructions

Make diagonal scores on the inside of the squid and cut it into 4cm x 1.5cm pieces.

Cut the squid tentacles into 4cm lengths and wash thoroughly.

Slice the green onion diagonally and cut the onion into 1cm thick slices.

Mince the garlic and ginger.

Mix the gochujang, red chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and sesame seeds to make the seasoning paste.

Heat cooking oil in a pan, stir-fry the onions, then add the squid and cook.

Once the squid is cooked, add the seasoning paste and stir-fry well.

Finally, add sesame oil, mix, turn off the heat, and serve.
