Instructions

Cut the pork shoulder into 3 pieces, remove the blood, and if storing, remove the blood before storing.

Make the marinade by mixing soy sauce, sugar, and gochujang in a ratio of 3 tbsp, 2 tbsp, and 3 tbsp respectively.

Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and 2 tbsp of vinegar to the marinade and mix well.

Add the pork to the marinade, coat evenly, and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
