Beef brisket200g

Zucchini1/3
Onion1/2
Green onion1 stalk
Minced garlic1 tbsp
Doenjang (soybean paste)2 tbsp
Gochujang1 tbsp
Red chili powder2 tbsp
Water500ml
Oyster sauce1 tbsp
Tuna fish sauce1 tbsp

Instructions

Dice the tofu, zucchini, and onion into bite-sized cubes.

Add the beef brisket to a pot and stir-fry over medium heat to release the fat.

When the beef brisket is slightly cooked, add the minced garlic, doenjang, and gochujang and stir-fry well.

When the beef brisket fat rises, add the red chili powder and stir-fry over low heat.

Pour in 500ml of water, season with oyster sauce and tuna fish sauce, and add the chopped vegetables.

When the soybean paste stew boils, add the tofu and simmer a little longer until reduced.

Add rice to the earthenware pot and boil to finish as a 'sulbap' (rice soup).
