Instructions

Cut the king oyster mushrooms in half to a suitable length, then slice them thinly.

Blanch the sliced king oyster mushrooms in boiling water for about 30 seconds, then squeeze out the water thoroughly.

Cut the green onion and cheongyang chili peppers into suitable sizes.

Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the soy sauce, sugar, starch syrup, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper to make the sauce.

Heat the cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the beef first until golden brown.

Add the blanched king oyster mushrooms to the cooked beef and stir-fry together.
