Frozen shrimp12 pieces
Button mushrooms8 pieces
Tagliatelle or Fettuccine noodles2 servings
Chivesas needed
Garlic1 tbsp
Onion1/4 piece
Heavy cream400ml
Olive oil1 tbsp
Fine red chili powder1 tbsp
Ketchup1 tbsp
Garlic powder1/2 tbsp
Onion powder1/2 tbsp
Chicken powder1/2 tbsp
Basil1/4 tbsp
Vietnamese chili peppers5-6 pieces

Instructions

Thaw the frozen shrimp in salt water and drain the water.

Mix the thawed shrimp with olive oil, ketchup, and fine red chili powder.

Make the cream sauce by mixing heavy cream with garlic powder, onion powder, chicken powder, basil, and Vietnamese chili peppers.

Boil water with salt and cook the tagliatelle noodles for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic, onion, and the white parts of the chives over medium heat.

Add the prepared shrimp and button mushrooms to the sautéed ingredients and stir-fry together.

Pour the cream sauce into the pan with the sautéed ingredients and bring to a boil.

Add the cooked pasta noodles and stir well while cooking. Add pasta water if necessary to adjust the consistency.

Finish by topping with chives and cheese.
