Instructions

Slice the onion thickly and chop the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.

Finely chop the green onions to use as a garnish.

Season the pork with salt, pepper, and sesame oil on both sides.

Coat the pork with flour, dip it into beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs and fry.

In a pot, bring 180ml of water, tsuyu, onion, soy sauce, and cooking wine to a boil.

Once the sauce is boiling, add the kimchi and continue to boil.

Place the solid ingredients from the sauce over rice, and add the egg into the remaining broth to cook.

When the egg is half-cooked, slice the pork cutlet into bite-sized pieces, place it over the rice, and pour the sauce over it.

Finish by garnishing with the chopped green onions.
