Remove moisture from the chicken thigh meat and score it so the marinade penetrates well.

Pierce the chicken thigh meat with a fork to help the marinade absorb.

Slice the sweet potato thinner than a pinky finger and cut the cabbage into appropriate sizes.

Mix the Dakgalbi marinade by combining gochujang, red chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, pear drink, and curry powder.

Marinate the chicken thigh meat and let it age for at least 30 minutes.

Grease a pan, stir-fry the green onion to make scallion oil, and add the sweet potato first to stir-fry.
