Finely chop the green onion, and slice the Cheongyang chili pepper and red chili pepper without removing the seeds.

3

Cut the oyster mushrooms into pieces the same size as the tofu.

4

To make the sauce, mix the raw sugar, dark soy sauce, regular vinegar, cooking wine, water, and oyster sauce well.

5

Lightly coat the dried tofu with starch powder on all sides.

6

Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and pan-fry the tofu until golden brown.

7

Remove the fried tofu and stir-fry the oyster mushrooms in the remaining oil to remove moisture.

8

Add the minced garlic to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat to release the aroma, then add the prepared sauce and bring to a boil.

9

Once it boils, add the fried tofu and stir-fried mushrooms, and cook over medium heat while stirring to let the flavors absorb.

10

Finally, add the sliced Cheongyang and red chili peppers, toss well, and finish.
