Instructions

The day before, soak 200g of starch in water, and separately mix 1 tbsp of starch with 1 tbsp of water for the sauce.

Drain the water from the soaked starch, take out the hardened starch with a spoon, and crush it by hand.

Add 2 tbsp of water, 2/3 tbsp of beaten egg, and 3 tbsp of cooking oil to the crushed starch, mix well, then add the pork and mix thoroughly.

Pour 225ml of water into a bowl, add 5 tbsp of sugar, 4 tbsp of vinegar, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and 1/2 tbsp of dark soy sauce, and mix well to make the sauce.

Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces, slice the carrot, and cut the cucumber into thick pieces.

Fry the pork in oil at 180 degrees or higher until golden brown.

Add the fried meat to the sauce, mix, and add the starch water to adjust the consistency.

Serve the finished sauce over the Tangsuyuk.
