Instructions

Mix the beef and pork together. Thoroughly remove moisture from the meat using paper towels.

Finely mince the onion to prevent too much moisture from coming out, and use only the white part of the green onion, chopping it finely.

Lightly salt the minced vegetables, remove the moisture, and mix with the meat.

Add garlic, ginger powder, ground sesame seeds, sesame oil, black pepper, and starch powder, and mix well.

Knead the mixed ingredients by hand until sticky, then use a spoon to shape them into uniform sizes.

Beat the eggs with a little salt, dip the shaped patties into the egg wash after coating them in flour, and fry in a pan.

Cook the patties over medium-low heat to finish.
