Instructions

Generously coat a pan with perilla oil and stir-fry the boiled bracken.

Add soup soy sauce and a pinch of salt to the pan and stir-fry the bracken evenly.

Add a little more perilla oil and finish stir-frying the bracken.

Boil the bracken in boiling water.

Place the blanched bean sprouts in a bowl and season the white vegetable first with salt.

Add a little soy sauce, a pinch of salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the bean sprouts and mix.

Place the lightly blanched spinach in a bowl and mix with sesame oil, sesame seeds, soup soy sauce, and salt.
