What You'll Need

Instructions

Place 1/2 head of cabbage (small) on a cutting board and use a knife to cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Place 1 green onion on the cutting board and slice it with a knife.

Place 1 onion on the cutting board and cut it into appropriate sizes with a knife.

Place the chili pepper on the cutting board and slice it with a knife.

Place the prepared vegetables in a bowl.

Put 350g of chicken thigh into a bowl and season with 1 heaping spoonful of Gochujang, 2 spoonfuls of red chili powder, 1.5 spoonfuls of sugar, 1.5 spoonfuls of oligosaccharide, 4 spoonfuls of soy sauce, 1.5 spoonfuls of minced garlic, a generous amount of pepper, and 5 spoonfuls of cooking wine.

Place the seasoned chicken thigh in a pan, turn on the heat, and stir-fry over medium heat.

Add the sliced cabbage, green onion, onion, and chili pepper to the pan and stir with a spatula to mix the ingredients well.
