Instructions

1

Drizzle sesame oil and create the meatball batter while enjoying the aroma.

2

Add a little more sesame oil and knead the batter.

3

Mash the tofu with a knife after draining, then squeeze it tightly in a cotton cloth to remove excess moisture.

4

Mix all the ingredients together.

5

The longer you knead the batter, the chewier it becomes.

6

The remaining ingredients will be used for the assorted pancakes.

7

Scoop out the insides and season with salt.

8

Use the leftover zucchini scraps for stew.

9

Make decorative cuts on the shiitake mushrooms.

10

Brush the back of the mushrooms with seasoned oil to add flavor.

11

Slice the peppers in half and remove the seeds.

12

Brush the back of the perilla leaves with seasoned oil to add flavor.

13

Place the meat batter on top and fold into a triangle.

14

For other ingredients, dust with flour and fill with the meat batter.

15

Do not overfill, as it will not cook through; spread it flat.

16

Heat cooking oil in a pan, coat the meat-filled items in egg wash, and fry over low heat.

17

Lightly cook the back side.

18

Cook over low heat so the meat filling does not burn.

19

Fry the vegetable pancakes first, then fry the meat or fish pancakes.

20

Finally, fry the meatballs.

This is how you make eight types of hearty pancakes with one meat batter.
