Pork Kimchi Stew

What You'll Need

Pork800g
Kimchi900g
Water1.4L
Sand lance fish sauce2 tbsp
Onion1 pack
Green onion1 pack
Cheongyang chili pepperappropriate amount
Minced garlic1 tbsp
Vinegar1 tbsp
Tofu1 block
Sugar2 tbsp

Instructions

Stir-fry 800g of pork in a large pot, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add 900g of kimchi whole, then cut it into bite-sized pieces with scissors.

Add 3 tbsp red chili powder, 3 tbsp dashida, and 2 tbsp sugar, and stir-fry.

Add 1.4L of water and 2 tbsp sand lance fish sauce, then boil.

Add the prepared onion, green onion, and Cheongyang chili pepper, along with 1 large tablespoon of minced garlic.

Add 1 tbsp vinegar and one block of tofu, then boil a little longer to finish the kimchi stew.
