Instructions

Finely mince all ingredients (parsley, garlic, celery, onion, whole tomatoes, minced meat) and prepare them.

Add 10g of butter to a pot and melt it over low heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté over low heat without burning to release the aroma.

Add the minced meat and sauté over low heat, breaking it up so it does not clump.

Add the minced onion and sauté.

Add the whole tomatoes and sauté to cook off the sourness.

Add 30g of tomato paste, about one and a half tablespoons, and sauté thoroughly.

Add one cup of water and bring to a boil.

Add the bay leaf and boil.

Add the minced parsley.

Add 1g of salt to season.

Add a small amount of black pepper and boil to finish.
