To boil the eggs, pour water into a pot and add 0.5 tbsp of salt and 1 tbsp of vinegar.

Place the eggs for the soft-boiled eggs into the pot and boil.

In a pan, stir-fry the ground pork and minced garlic to prepare the topping.

Blanch the bok choy and bean sprouts separately and set aside.

In a pot, combine 400ml of unsweetened soy milk, 200ml of water, and 10g of chicken stock, and bring to a boil to make the broth.

Boil the fresh thin noodles in a separate pot of boiling water.

Place the cooked noodles in a bowl and add the sesame sauce.

Pour the prepared broth over the noodles.

Top the noodles with the stir-fried pork, soft-boiled egg, blanched bok choy, blanched bean sprouts, and chopped chives.
