Cut half a potato into small cubes.
Place the cubed potatoes in a bowl and pour in enough water to completely cover them.
Place the bowl with potatoes in the microwave and cook.
In a soup bowl, add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, and 1 tbsp of mirin.
Add the whole can of tuna to the seasoning, including the oil.
Add 80ml of water and the starch water (2 tbsp water + 1 tbsp starch) to the bowl.
Add the microwaved potatoes to the bowl as well.
Microwave the mixture, pausing halfway to stir thoroughly with a spoon, then finish cooking.
Pour the finished sauce over a bowl of rice.
