What You'll Need

Ground pork200g
Pine mushroom1 piece (80g)
Green onion150g
Cheongyang chili pepper2~3 pieces
Garlic15g
Vietnamese chiliAppropriate amount
Brewed soy sauce1 tbsp
Oyster sauce2 tbsp
Sugar1/2 tbsp
MSG1 tsp
Tofu1 block
Potato starch1 tbsp
Sesame oil1 tsp

Prepare 200g of ground pork.

Finely chop 1 pine mushroom.

Finely chop 150g of green onion into small rounds.

Prepare Vietnamese chili to your preference, either whole or chopped.

Finely chop the Cheongyang chili for chili oil or heat.

Mince approximately 15g of garlic.

Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.

Pour 5 tablespoons of cooking oil into a pan, turn on the heat, and preheat.

Add the ground pork to the pan and stir-fry until the moisture evaporates.

Add the green onion to the pan with the meat as the first aroma.

Add the garlic as the second aroma and stir-fry.

Add a small amount of ginger as the third aroma and stir-fry.

Add 1 tablespoon of brewed soy sauce to the edge of the pan as the fourth aroma to infuse soy sauce flavor.

Add the chili (Cheongyang chili, etc.) as the fifth aroma and stir-fry.

Add chili oil or red chili powder as the sixth aroma and stir-fry.

Add an appropriate amount of pepper as the seventh aroma and stir-fry.

Add 1 tablespoon of doubanjiang as the eighth aroma and stir-fry.

Add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce as the ninth aroma and stir-fry.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of MSG to season.

Pour 1.5 cups of water into the stir-fried ingredients.

Add the prepared tofu to the pan and boil.

Add the starch water made by mixing 1 tablespoon of potato starch with water to thicken the consistency.
