Pork shoulder500g
Rice-washed water1L
Kimchi1/4 head
Stewing tofu1 block
Onion1 piece
Green onion1 stalk
Ginger syrup1 tbsp
Gochujang1 tbsp

Red chili powder1.5 tbsp
Kimchi brine1.5 ladles
Perilla oil1 tbsp

Instructions

Cut the pork shoulder into bite-sized pieces on a cutting board.

Cut the kimchi into bite-sized pieces on a cutting board.

Cut the onion and green onion into appropriate sizes.

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of perilla oil in a pot and add the sliced pork shoulder.

Add 1 tablespoon of ginger syrup and sauté the pork.

Add 1.5 teaspoons of roasted salt to season the meat.

Add the sliced kimchi to the pot.
