Wash the ingredients thoroughly, set the whole peeled tomatoes aside, and prepare to boil the spaghetti noodles without submerging them completely.

While heating the water for the noodles, prepare the basil, garlic, whole peeled tomatoes, parsley, onion, and seafood.

Desalt the clams in saltwater, rinse with water, and then desalt in saltwater again.

Remove the membrane from the surface of the scallops and wash them to prepare.

Remove the heads and veins from the shrimp, and remove the shell from the second segment.

Trim the squid, cut into appropriate sizes, stir-fry with salt to remove the skin, and slice into 0.8cm strips.

Add cooking oil, salt, and noodles to a pot and boil the spaghetti noodles for about 7 minutes until al dente.

Add a large spoonful of white wine to remove any fishy odor and cook the seafood completely.
