Instructions

Soak the dried glass noodles in water 30 minutes in advance.

In a bowl, combine red chili powder, sugar, chicken stock powder, minced garlic, and finely chopped green onion to make the seasoning.

Pour 50ml of oil into a pan and heat it up.

Blanch the soaked glass noodles in hot water, remove immediately, and then place in cold water.

When the oil in the pan starts to smoke slightly, pour it little by little into the bowl with the seasoning and mix.

Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar to the seasoning and mix.

Drain the water from the glass noodles that were in cold water, add the seasoning, and mix well.

Place the well-mixed glass noodles nicely in a bowl, top with julienned cucumber and carrot, and the Chinese-style bibim dangmyeon is complete.
