Egg Sushi

An easy-to-make egg sushi recipe you can enjoy at home, featuring fluffy and sweet rolled omelets and seasoned sushi rice.

Instructions

Gently wash the rice several times, being careful to only wash the surface.

After adding water to the rice, add the refined rice wine (20%) and kelp, then cook in a rice cooker or pot.

Mix vinegar, sugar, and flower salt to make the sushi vinegar seasoning.

Place the cooked rice in a bowl while hot and mix evenly using a spoon.

Make the egg mixture by whisking 2 egg yolks (from the 10 eggs), sugar, and MSG until smooth.

Strain the egg mixture through a sieve to ensure a smooth texture.

Heat a pan, grease it, and make the rolled omelet by pouring in the egg mixture and folding it thinly several times.

Cut the finished rolled omelet into sushi-sized pieces, make a slit, and insert wasabi.

Shape the rice into appropriate sizes and place the rolled omelet on top.

Cut the nori into thin strips and wrap them around the egg sushi to secure it.
