What You'll Need

Kumamoto ramen soup base2/3 of a soju glass
Black mayu (black garlic oil)to taste
Egg1
Pork neck3 thin slices
Green onionto taste
Nori (dried seaweed)a little

Instructions

Place the egg in boiling water and boil for 7 minutes.

Immediately place the boiled egg in cold water to cool.

Place the thin pork neck slices in a pan and cook until done.

Finely chop the green onion and set aside.

Pour 400ml of water into a pot and bring to a boil.

Add 2/3 of a soju glass of Kumamoto ramen soup base to the boiling water and simmer briefly to finish the broth.

In a separate pot of boiling water, cook the noodles for 1 minute.

Add a little black mayu to a bowl, pour in the finished broth, and stir well.

Place the cooked noodles into the bowl.

Top the noodles with the cooked pork neck.

Add a generous amount of chopped green onion.

Garnish with nori and the peeled, halved egg to finish.
