Beef Dasida1ml (topping sauce), 1/2 tsp (for stir-fry)
Dark soy sauce (Laochou)1/2 tbsp
Water1/2 tbsp (topping sauce), 120ml (for stir-fry), 2 tbsp (for starch slurry)
Cooking oil1/2 tbsp
Lard1 tsp
Seafood mix150g
Oyster sauce1 tbsp
Minced garlic1.2 tbsp
Black pepperto taste

Place the eggs, sugar, beef Dasida, dark soy sauce, and water in a bag and mix well to marinate.

Add cooking oil and lard to a pan, turn on the heat, and add the seafood mix, oyster sauce, sugar, beef Dasida, minced garlic, pepper, and green onion, then stir-fry briefly.

Once the garlic is somewhat stir-fried, add 120ml of water and bring to a boil.

Mix starch and water to make a starch slurry, pour it in to reach the desired consistency, then add sesame oil and mix to finish.

Put water in a pot and cook the Tonkotsu ramen noodles according to the product instructions.
