Gan-Jajang Style Chapagetti
A life-changing recipe for cooking Chapagetti that tastes even better than restaurant-style Gan-Jajang.
What You'll Need
Instructions
Cut the zucchini into 1cm cubes to match the size of the onion.
Thickly slice about 1/3 of a green onion.
Prepare about 125g of thinly sliced pork belly and chop it into smaller pieces.
Place a round pan over high heat, add 15g of cooking oil, and wait for it to heat up.
Once the pan is hot, add the green onion and stir-fry to release its flavor into the oil.
When the green onion is partially cooked, add the minced garlic and stir-fry together.
Once the green onion and garlic become fragrant and golden, add the sliced pork belly and stir-fry.
When the pork belly is golden brown, add the chopped onion and zucchini and stir-fry well.
In a separate pot, boil water and cook the noodles, removing any scum.
When the vegetables are about 2/3 cooked, add 25g of oyster sauce and stir-fry well.
Open the Chapagetti soup packets, add both, pour in the water, and stir-fry together.
When the noodles are cooked to your preference, drain them in a stainless steel colander.
Add the noodles to the sauce pan, pour in the remaining water, and stir-fry over high heat.
Once the noodles are well coated with the sauce, plate them and serve.
