Spicy Dumpling Hangover Soup

A dumpling hangover soup recipe made spicy and refreshing with frozen dumplings and kimchi, without using beef.

Instructions

Soak the glass noodles in warm water.

Cut the onion, green onion, and kimchi into bite-sized pieces.

Pour 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into a pot and sauté the chopped onion and green onion.

Add about half a cup of kimchi and sauté together with the onion and green onion.

Add 5 to 6 frozen dumplings and sauté them together.

Add 3 tablespoons of red chili powder and lower the heat to stir gently so it doesn't burn.

Pour in 5 cups (1L) of water (stock).

Season with 1 tablespoon of gochujang, 0.5 tablespoon of beef Dashida, 0.5 tablespoon of tuna liquid seasoning, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, a dash of black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.

Cut the dumpling fillings with scissors to release them into the broth so the flavor infuses.

Add the soaked glass noodles, the remaining frozen dumplings, and green onion.

Crack 2 eggs, prepare them, and pour them into the pot in a circular motion.
