Crack 15 eggs one by one, being careful not to let any shells get in, and place them in a bowl.

Put the prepared eggs into a blender and blend until the yolks are completely broken.

Peel the yam and prepare 300g.

Cut the yam into small pieces, put it in a blender, and blend until smooth.

In another blender, add 70g of mirin, 50g of sake, 50g of usukuchi soy sauce, 130g of sugar, and 7 cleaned shrimp, and blend these ingredients until smooth before mixing with the yam and eggs.

Mix the previously blended eggs and yam with the shrimp and seasoning mixture.
