Scrub the abalone clean using a toothbrush, wash the shells, then remove the abalone meat and take out the guts and teeth.

Korean-Style Stir-Fried Abalone
A Korean-style stir-fried abalone recipe that simplifies the traditional braised abalone dish I made early on to celebrate my silver button, adding simple vegetables for a delicious result.
What You'll Need
Instructions
Make dense and attractive cross-hatch cuts on the prepared abalone.
Add water to a pan, place it on the heat, add the abalone, sprinkle with 1 tbsp of Cheongju, and bring to a boil.
Cut the garlic, onion, green onion, pine mushroom, and red chili pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Pour cooking oil into a pan and stir-fry the garlic first to create garlic-infused oil.
Add the prepared abalone, the water used to boil the abalone, brewed soy sauce, acacia honey, green onion, red chili pepper, mushrooms, and onions, then stir-fry.
Finish by adding sesame oil and pine nuts, mixing everything evenly.
