Beef Bulgogi

Vinegar2 tbsp
Anchovy fish sauce2 tbsp

Instructions

Pat the beef dry with paper towels to remove excess blood, then cut it into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.

Separate the beef slices in the bowl and season with 2 tbsp of vinegar and 2 tbsp of anchovy fish sauce.

Slice the onion, green onion, enoki mushrooms, and carrot into appropriate thicknesses, then add them to the bowl with the beef.

Peel the pear, place it in a blender with 100ml of water, and blend until smooth to make a pear puree.

Mix 8 tbsp of dark soy sauce, 4 tbsp of mirin, 2 tbsp of brown sugar, 2 tbsp of corn syrup, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, and 1 tbsp of pepper to make the sauce.

Pour the blended pear and the prepared sauce into the bowl with the beef, mix well, and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Place the marinated beef in a pan preheated over medium heat and stir-fry.

Once the meat is cooked and starts to sizzle, continue to stir-fry for another 5 to 7 minutes to finish.
