What You'll Need

Eggs3-4
Onion1/2
Green onion1/2
Minced garlic0.5 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Cooking oil2 tbsp
Perilla oil1 tbsp
Sesame seeds1 tbsp

Instructions

Crack 3-4 eggs and set them aside.

Thinly slice both the white and green parts of the green onion.

Thinly slice 1/2 of an onion.

Pour 2 tbsp of cooking oil into a frying pan.

Add the sliced green onion, sliced onion, and 0.5 tbsp of minced garlic to the pan and sauté over low heat until the onion becomes slightly translucent.

Once the onion is translucent and the edges are golden brown, add the cracked eggs to the pan.

Lower the heat slightly, and while the eggs are cooking, pour 1 tbsp of soy sauce around the edges of the eggs.

Cook slowly over low heat so that the soy sauce bubbles and caramelizes to add a savory flavor.

When the eggs are more than half cooked, drizzle 1 tbsp of perilla oil over the top.

Crush the sesame seeds and sprinkle them over the fried eggs.

Place the fried eggs, which should be golden on the bottom and soft-cooked on top, over a bowl of rice.
