Instructions

1

Prepare the pork by mixing leg meat and pork belly, slicing them into long, thin strips.

2

Add 2 tbsp of sugar to a large bowl.

3

Add 6 tbsp of cooking wine.

4

Add 6 tbsp of brewed soy sauce.

5

Add 2 tbsp of oyster sauce to enhance the savory flavor.

6

Add 4 tbsp of sesame oil.

7

Add an appropriate amount of black pepper.

8

Add 3 tbsp of minced garlic.

9

Add 1 tbsp of minced ginger.

10

Add about half a can of pear drink to add a soft, fruity sweetness and tenderize the meat.

11

Grate about half a pear and add it in.

12

Add the prepared pork to the marinade and massage it by hand so the seasoning is well absorbed.

13

Heat a wide frying pan or wok.

14

Add the marinated pork to the heated pan and stir-fry.

15

Stir-fry while stirring for a while to allow the meat to cook as its juices are released.

16

Cook thoroughly until the liquid reduces so the juices are absorbed into the meat.

17

Chop vegetables like carrots, green onions, onions, and mushrooms, add them to the pan, and continue stir-frying.

18

Stir-fry until the vegetables are wilted and cooked to your liking, then finish.
