What You'll Need

Instructions

Slice the green onions thinly.

Slice the ginger thinly as well.

Turn on the heat under a pot and pour in 500ml of cooking oil.

Place the pan on the stove and add all the sliced vegetables.

Add the chili peppers.

Heat until the oil temperature rises and the green onions turn golden brown.

Crush the garlic and add it to the pot.

After adding the crushed garlic, let it release its aroma.

Pour about two ladles of chili oil into the pot.

Add the minced pork to the pot and stir-fry.

When stir-frying the pork, press down on it so the minced meat does not clump together.

When the meat is about 80% cooked, add one more ladle of chili oil.

Add the rest of the sliced vegetables (green onions, chili peppers, garlic).

Add two spoons of soy sauce to the pan.

Add the Cheongju.

Add 500ml of water.

Add two spoons of Doubanjiang (spicy bean paste).

Add one spoon of sugar.

Add 1/4 spoon of salt.

Add one spoon of chili oil.

When the water boils, add the soft tofu.

Mix potato starch and water in a 1:1 ratio, then pour the starch slurry in little by little while stirring to prevent clumping.

When pouring the starch slurry, add it gradually and stir to avoid lumps.

Add a drop of sesame oil.

Finish by adding two more spoons of chili oil.
