Put the sliced radish into a pot, pour in 800ml of dried pollack and kelp broth, and boil.

In a bowl, mix doenjang, red pepper paste, minced garlic, minced ginger, cooking wine, red pepper powder, pepper powder, and sand lance fish sauce to make the seasoning.
