Mixed Seafood Jjamppong

A super simple mixed seafood jjamppong recipe with a spicy, rich broth made by stir-frying seafood like squid and vegetables.

What You'll Need

Seafood150g
Medium shrimp1 piece
Oniona little
Bok choya little
Cooking oil3 tbsp
Fine red chili powder1 tbsp
Shiitake mushroom bouillon0.5 tbsp
Salta pinch
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Water450cc

Instructions

Briefly blanch the mixed seafood and medium shrimp in boiling water to remove any fishy odor, then drain.

Pour 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil into a pan and lightly stir-fry minced garlic or aromatic vegetables.

Add the prepared onion and bok choy to the pan and stir-fry together.

Add a generous tablespoon of fine red chili powder and stir-fry in the pan.

Add the blanched seafood to the pan and stir-fry together.

Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce to the edge of the pan and stir-fry with the ingredients to add a smoky flavor.

Pour about 100-150cc of water into the pan and boil briefly to extract a rich broth from the ingredients.

Add the remaining water to reach a total of 450cc and bring to a boil.

Add half a tablespoon of shiitake mushroom bouillon and a pinch of salt to season the broth.

Pour the finished seafood jjamppong broth over blanched or boiled noodles.
