What You'll Need

Beef Dasida1/2 tbsp
Rice cakes400g
Square fish cakes6 sheets
Green onions3 stalks
Water1L
Gochujang (red chili paste)2 tbsp
Red chili powder2 tbsp

Miwon (MSG)1/2 tbsp
Corn starch1 tsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp

Instructions

Pour 1L of water into a pan, add 1/2 tbsp of beef Dasida and 1/2 tbsp of Miwon, and bring to a boil.

Cut the green onions into large pieces and slice them in half lengthwise, then cut the square fish cakes into triangles.

Add half of the prepared green onions and square fish cakes into the boiling broth first to flavor the soup.

Add 4 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of red chili powder, 2 tbsp of gochujang, and 1 tbsp of soy sauce to season.

Add the prepared rice cakes.

Add the remaining green onions, square fish cakes, and corn starch, then boil until the sauce thickens to finish.
