Instructions

Prepare the vegetables by slicing the green onions.

Mince the garlic.

Prepare a generous amount of red chili powder.

Trim the shrimp by removing the tips and the head/tail.

Clean the seafood by removing the abdominal flap.

Trim the short legs of the seafood by cutting off the sharp parts.

Remove impurities from inside the seafood with scissors and rinse well.

Place the cleaned seafood into a cooking vessel.

Add 4 tbsp of mirin.

Add a little sauce and pepper.

Add the bean sprouts.

Add the seasoning paste.

Add about half a bowl of water.

Add 100ml of soju to remove any fishy odor.

Cover with a lid and boil until steam rises to remove the fishy smell of the seafood.

Open the lid and mix the bean sprouts and seafood well.

Add the green onions.

Dissolve potato starch in water and add it to thicken the sauce.
