Instructions

Prepare the vegetables by slicing the radish, Cheongyang chili pepper, red chili pepper, and green onion.

Place the sliced radish in a pot and add 1 tbsp of fine red chili powder.

Pour the broth into the pot and boil until the radish is cooked.

Once the radish is somewhat cooked, turn off the heat and add a little bean sprout.

Add the cleaned mussels to the side of the pot.

Add the mussels and Manila clams to the pot.

Add the squid to the pot.

Add the blue crab to the pot.

Add the clams, shrimp, webfoot octopus, fish fillets, and milt to the pot in order.

Add the blue crab whole to the pot.

Add the shrimp to the pot.

Cover the pot with the seafood inside and bring to a boil.

Once it starts boiling, open the lid and skim off any foam.

Lower the heat slightly, add a little soy sauce, and adjust the seasoning with salt if needed.

Sprinkle one tablespoon of red chili powder into the pot.

Top the pot with green onions.
