Pollack1 whole

Cheongyang chili pepperAppropriate amount

Korean radishAppropriate amount
Salted shrimp1 tbsp

MSG (amino acid powder)A pinch

Instructions

Cut the radish into bite-sized pieces, place them in one side of a pot, and start cooking.

Remove the fins from the pollack and clean it thoroughly using a scrubber.

Cut the cleaned pollack into large chunks.

For the pollack head, trim away the gills and any mud, then discard those parts.

Add the prepared pollack to the pot where the radish is boiling.

Cover with a lid and start boiling.

Skim off the foam that rises to the surface.

Add 1 tbsp of salted shrimp.

Add 1 tsp of salt.

Add 1 tbsp of MSG (amino acid powder).

Add 1 tbsp of garlic.

Add the sliced tofu.

Slice and add the Cheongyang chili pepper and green onion.
