Pour plenty of water into a pot, turn on the heat, and add the soaked beef shank and brisket.

Add 2 stalks of green onion, 10 cloves of whole garlic, 20g of ginger, 1 onion, and 1/2 tbsp of whole black peppercorns, cover with a lid, and boil for 1 hour.
