Instructions

Cut the radish into thick, square pieces.

Slice the green onion diagonally.

Slice the Cheongyang chili pepper into rounds.

Julienne the onion.

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the squid into rings without peeling the skin.

Add water to a pot, boil to make a broth, and remove the stock pack.

Add a large spoonful of Gochujang to the boiling broth and dissolve it.

Add soup soy sauce to season.

Add red chili powder for a spicy kick.

Add minced garlic.

Add a spoonful of fish sauce to enhance the umami flavor.

Add a spoonful of cooking wine.

Add the prepared bean sprouts.
