What You'll Need

Boil water in a pot and add a handful of salt.

Slice the garlic into three or four pieces, not too thinly.

Cut the stems to about 3cm, and cut the remaining crown daisy into 3cm pieces as well.

Since the dried red chili is too spicy if minced, use only 1/3 of it.

Slightly split the white pollock roe and use the back of a knife to gently scrape out the roe, removing the membrane.

Add the spaghetti noodles to the boiling water and cook for 7 minutes.

Drizzle two and a half tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into a pan.

Add the sliced garlic, dried red chili, and crown daisy to the pan and sauté over low heat for 5 minutes to release the aroma.

When the noodles are cooked al dente (about 7 minutes), remove them and add them directly to the pan, tossing to coat with the olive oil aroma.

Add a pinch to 3/4 pinch of salt and pepper to season.

Add the prepared white pollock roe to the pan.

Grate some Romano cheese into the pan.

Pour in half a cup of pasta water to adjust the consistency and mix evenly.

Serve the finished pollock roe pasta on a plate.
