Instructions

Slice 50g of onion and prepare.

Prepare 2 Cheongyang chili peppers.

Slice 150g of cabbage and prepare.

Cut one small bunch of perilla leaves and prepare.

Cut the end of one serving of jjolmyeon with scissors and prepare.

Soak 50g of rice cake for soup in water.

Add 4 tbsp of gochujang to a bowl.

Add 4 tbsp of cider to the bowl.

Add 1 tbsp of vinegar to the bowl.

Add 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce to the bowl.

Add 2 tbsp of perilla seed powder to the bowl.

Add 1 tbsp of sugar to the bowl.

Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil to the bowl.

Add 1 tbsp of perilla seed powder to the bowl along with minced garlic and mix to make the sauce.

Add 1 tsp of MSG to the bowl to complete the sauce.

Add the sundae, onion, cabbage, chili pepper, carrot, perilla leaves, jjolmyeon, rice cake, and sundae to the pan.

Add 1 tbsp of water to the pan and microwave for 2 minutes.

Drizzle 2 tbsp of perilla oil evenly over the pan.

Sprinkle 1/4 tbsp of salt over the pan.

Sprinkle a little more than 1 tsp of MSG over the pan.

Sprinkle black pepper to taste over the pan.

Drizzle 3 tbsp of cooking oil and 1 tbsp of sesame oil over the pan.
