Instructions

Slice the sundae into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the minced garlic and minced ginger.

Slice the cheongyang chili peppers and red chili peppers for heat and aroma.

Slice the glass noodles, carrots, onions, green onions, perilla leaves, and cabbage according to your preference.

Add the cooking ingredients to a pan and season with chicken powder, seafood dashida, black pepper, sugar, and fish sauce.

Add perilla oil and perilla powder and stir-fry.

Add a splash of water to the pan and stir-fry the ingredients to finish the sundae stir-fry.

Mix doenjang, chojang, minced garlic, perilla powder, and sesame oil to make the ssamjang dipping sauce.
