Spicy and delicious stir-fried Sundae (Korean blood sausage) made with Chef Aha's special recipe.

Instructions

Slice the Sundae into thick, bite-sized pieces.

Julienne the onion and roughly chop the perilla leaves.

Slice the chili peppers and soak the glass noodles.

Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion and chili peppers.

Add 1 tbsp of sugar, red chili powder, perilla seed powder, MSG, beef Dashida, soy sauce, gochujang, and 2 tbsp of water to the pan and stir-fry.

Add the sliced Sundae and soaked glass noodles to the pan and stir-fry lightly as if reheating.
