Cut the beef brisket in half along the grain, slice it thinly, and place it in a pot to boil.

Boil the beef brisket, green onion, onion, cooking wine, and black pepper in boiling water for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Remove the boiled beef brisket and set the meat broth aside.

Tear the boiled beef brisket into bite-sized pieces along the grain.

Add 3 cups of the meat broth to a pot.

Add the torn beef brisket, peeled quail eggs, dried shiitake mushrooms, kelp, cooking wine, jin soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and minced garlic and bring to a boil.

Once the liquid boils, remove the kelp and boil for about 5 more minutes.

Add preferred ingredients like radish, carrot, and onion, and simmer for about 10 minutes until the radish is cooked.
