Instructions

Cut the Korean beef shank into bite-sized pieces.

Boil water in a pot, add the cut beef shank, and boil to remove impurities.

Rinse the blanched beef shank thoroughly.

Pour 800mL of water into a pot, turn on the heat, and add the prepared beef shank.

Add the ginger and garlic to the pot.

Pour in 1 beer cup of dark soy sauce.

Add the dried chili peppers, halved onion, halved green onion, and pepper powder, then bring to a boil.

Add 5 tablespoons of sugar to adjust the seasoning and boil.

Add 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide and boil.

Add the quail eggs and continue to boil the jang-jorim.
