Stir-fried Sundae

Spicy stir-fried sundae (Korean blood sausage) style by Kim Soo-mi, made by stir-frying leftover sundae with vegetables and seasoning.

Instructions

Place the diagonally sliced cabbage in a pan without adding oil.

Slice half an onion diagonally and add it to the pan.

Slice one green onion stalk diagonally and add it to the pan.

Add a little brewed soy sauce.

Add 1 tbsp of Gochujang.

Add 1 small teaspoon of sugar.

Add 2 tbsp of red chili powder.

Add plenty of perilla seed powder.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water.

Turn the heat to high and start stir-frying.

When the cabbage has wilted slightly and the glass noodles are cooked, add the sundae.

Add half a tablespoon of sesame oil.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Just before eating, slice the perilla leaves and add them to finish.
