What You'll Need

Dark soy sauceapprox. 4 tbsp (38g)

Sundae1/2 pack (250g)
Cabbageapprox. 4 cups (180g)

Perilla seed powderapprox. 3 tbsp (22g)

Cooking oilapprox. 3 tbsp (20g)

Instructions

In a bowl, combine dark soy sauce, minced garlic, coarse red pepper powder, brown sugar, gochujang, water, and black pepper powder to make the sauce.

Slice the green onion in half lengthwise and cut into 6cm lengths.

Slice the cabbage into 0.5cm thick strips against the grain.

Slice the onion into 0.5cm thick strips.

Cut the perilla seed powder, perilla leaves, and Cheongyang chili peppers into appropriate sizes.

Drizzle cooking oil in a pan and preheat.

Add the green onion, cabbage, and onion to the pan and stir-fry lightly.

Add the sundae, water, and sauce, and stir-fry in the pan.

Add the Cheongyang chili peppers, perilla leaves, and perilla seed powder, and finish stir-frying.
