Instructions

Place the radish on a cutting board and use a knife to slice it into thin, rectangular pieces.

Place the green onion on a cutting board and use a knife to slice it diagonally.

Place the red chili peppers and Cheongyang chili peppers on a cutting board and use a knife to slice them diagonally.

Hold the crown daisy and use a knife to cut it into three sections.

Place the cleaned eel on a cutting board and use a knife to cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Pour 1L of water into a pot, add the prepared radish, red pepper powder, and Chin-chin sauce (12 tbsp), and bring to a boil over high heat.

After boiling until the radish is somewhat cooked, add the minced garlic (2 tbsp) and mix well.

Add the prepared eel to the pot, cover with a lid, and boil together.

Once the eel and radish are fully cooked and the broth has deepened, add the sliced green onion, red chili peppers, Cheongyang chili peppers, and crown daisy, then boil for a little longer to finish the eel spicy fish stew.
