Dice the potatoes smaller than dice, dice the onion very small, dice two shiitake mushrooms and slice one, cut the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces, and crush the garlic.

Blend 50g of oatmeal in a mixer.

Heat a pot and add a little perilla oil.

Add the garlic, onion, and potatoes and sauté.

Add the water in three portions and bring to a high heat.

Add three pinches of salt and pepper.

Add all of the oatmeal.

Add the second portion of water.

Add the bottom parts of the cabbage and the shiitake mushrooms.

Add the remaining 1 liter of water, reduce to medium heat, cover, and boil for 10 minutes.
